ABOUT ME

Kyle J.A. Small

I am the Dean for The School of Graduate & Continuing Studies at Calvin University. Formerly, I was a professor of leadership and the (founding) director for The Center for Leadership & Organizations at Anderson University (South Carolina). I have served as a researcher, professor, dean, pastor, and coach for more than twenty years.
