Kyle J. A. Small
Walking Alongside Leaders & Organizations
I live at the intersections of experience, leading, faith, theology, and social science. For me, the intersection is the work of reflection. The Camino is where I find renewal and hope.
I teach leadership and organizational studies, yet I have served as a researcher, dean, pastor, and coach for more than twenty years. I am currently Dean of Graduate Studies at Calvin University. Formerly, I was the professor of leadership and (founding) director for The Center for Leadership & Organizations at Anderson University (South Carolina).

I am happily married to Lindsay Small (2001) and father to three incredible children.

I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and spend my summers along the lake in SW Michigan. Omaha, Nebraska is the land of my youth.
